Blockchain Network — A “Safe Place” for Frozen Funds

Blockchain Network — flagged scam broker

Blockchain Network describes itself as “A safe place for frozen funds”: “a safe platform to hold frozen funds with clear records, steady oversight and a secure digital ledger”. Greece’s Capital Market Commission (HCMC) has warned about blockchain-networks.net, a warning shared through IOSCO’s I-SCAN network in October 2026. The domain was registered on 2 September 2026.

12,840 accounts in a few weeks

The site says it protects 12,840 accounts and monitors €42 million. It was registered in September. It shows a decorative “BLOCK HEIGHT 892 341 — FINALIZED” line to look technical, but it names no company, gives no address, holds no licence and offers no way to contact anyone except a login page. Legitimate custodians and banks that freeze funds tell you who they are.

Why a “frozen funds” site should worry you

This is a recovery-stage trap. People who have already lost money on a fake trading platform are told their balance has been “frozen” and moved somewhere safe. They are then shown a page like this one and asked to pay a release fee, a verification deposit or a tax before the money can come back. There is no frozen balance. The second payment is simply a second loss.

Who really recovers money

Genuine recovery routes run through your bank, your card issuer, the police and, where crypto is involved, exchanges that can freeze wallets on a law-enforcement request. None of them asks you to log in to a separate “protected funds” site, and none of them charges a fee to release your own money. If someone sent you here after you lost money elsewhere, treat that person as part of the original scam.

The verdict: a holding page built to collect a second payment from scam victims. Pay nothing.
