Veridex Markets pays the most to the people who deposit the least. Its Basic plan offers “7% / Trade” from $100. Its Business plan, which needs $100,000, offers 6%. The site appears on IOSCO’s I-SCAN alert network as flagged by the UK FCA in October 2026. veridexmarkets.com was registered on 2 January 2026.
An upside-down price list
| Basic | 7% per trade — $100 to $2,999 |
|---|---|
| Standard | 5% per trade — $3,000 to $24,999 |
| Premium | 4% per trade — $25,000 to $99,000 |
| Business | 6% per trade — $100,000 to $1,000,000 |
| Domain registered | 2 January 2026 |
In real markets nobody can promise a fixed percentage on every trade, and the size of your deposit does not set the outcome of a trade. The plan list exists to make the first $100 feel safe. Once the small account shows gains, the pitch moves to the larger tiers.
Stocks and ETFs, no licence
This version of the template advertises “stocks, ETFs, Commodities, Indices” and shows an SPY price widget. Selling access to US exchange-traded funds still requires a licensed broker. Veridex Markets names no regulator, no company and no address on its homepage. It offers a “custom plan” for “institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals”, the line used across this family of sites to invite larger deposits.
The homepage is the same build used by Digital Options, Keys Cap Inv and Kronex Capital, down to the “Why Trade With Us” blocks and the live chart. When one kit powers many brands, closing one domain does little: the same people simply switch names. That is why checking the regulator’s register matters more than reading any single website.
⚠ Before you send a dollar
- Search the firm on the FCA register, not on the firm’s own pages.
- Ignore fixed per-trade returns of any size.
- Never pay a fee or tax to release a withdrawal.
- Keep receipts, chats and wallet addresses.
The verdict: a fixed-return price list with no licence behind it. Stay away.
