The description says the app is for traders who want to “trade confidently and profitably using advanced analytics and AI-generated trade signals”. Confidence is a feeling and can be sold honestly. Profit is an outcome, and a firm that is regulated to give investment advice is not permitted to promise it, because nobody can deliver it.
An app store listing sits outside that regulation, which is precisely why the sentence can appear there at all.
What the AI actually is
