The FSMA listing
Effectenria appears in the first group of the FSMA’s 30 June 2026 warning, “25 new fraudulent platforms added to FSMA’s list”. Sites in that group are the front end. They collect contact details and pass them to the platforms that take the money.
“These platforms lure investors online with promises of quick and easy earnings. Their offers look attractive, but they are nothing more than advanced scams that can lead to significant financial losses.”

“Official”, but whose?
The Dutch-language page says Effectenria “staat bekend als een officieel, op AI aangedreven handelsplatform” (is known as an official, AI-driven trading platform), with “realtime monitoring” and automated strategies. Its title is “De officiële website 2026”. The sign-up box carries Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and “Secure SSL encryption” logos. It gives no company name, registration number, address or regulator. Saying you are “official” is not the same as being licensed.
Belgium only, by design
Limiting sign-up to “verified residents of Belgium” makes the offer feel exclusive. It also shows exactly who the operators want to reach. The same wave of sites includes Argentis Capora, which does the same thing in French.
Domain age
RDAP data shows effectenria.com was registered on 16 March 2026, so the domain is about six months old. The FSMA listing came about fifteen weeks after registration, and the site is still online.

Belgian residents can check any name on the FSMA’s warnings page and its list of authorised firms. If a site is on the warning list, or appears on neither list, do not deal with it.
The verdict: Effectenria is a Belgium-targeted lead funnel that the FSMA says connects people to fraudulent trading platforms. Do not register.
