“Risk-free” and “guaranteed”
“It’s a risk-free investment plan and guarantees fixed returns from the PAMM AND CySec Policy.”
globexfincor.com, “About Fixed Funds Deposit”
There is no such thing as a “CySec Policy” that guarantees investment returns. CySEC is Cyprus’s securities regulator. It licenses firms, and it does not guarantee anyone’s profits. A crypto plan described as risk-free is a warning sign, not a feature.
A loan offer inside an investment site
The same section switches to lending: a “loan offer from $5,000 to $49,999”, with “No charges or interest”, repayable in six months. Loan offers on investment sites are often used to get victims to pay an upfront “processing” or “insurance” fee for a loan that never arrives.
49,000 users or 15 million?
One section says Globex Financial Corporation has “over 49 K users”. Further down, the same page says it has “about 15 million plus investors globally”. That second line is copied from the template shared by other FCA-warned sites: Meta-Vrse, Blockfinazservice, Richmond Groups, Centurion de Canberra, Elevate PartnerFX.
The FCA warning
“This firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.”

The lesson
Any platform that says your crypto is guaranteed is making a promise no licensed firm is allowed to make. Check the name on the FCA Warning List before you register anywhere.
The verdict: Globex Fincor sells guaranteed, “risk-free” crypto returns under a made-up regulatory policy, and the FCA has warned consumers against it. Do not deposit or apply for its loans.
