KCapital — The About Page Names A Different Website

Verdict up front: KCapital offers contracts for difference on shares, forex, commodities and crypto from kcapital.net. Its own About section describes a different website. Italy’s regulator ordered the site blacked out. No company, licence or regulator is named anywhere on it.

The About section is about another website

Under the heading About Us, the site says: “kcapital.online is a leading provider of Contracts for Difference (CFDs), delivering trading facilities on Shares, Forex, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies, ETFs, Stocks and Indices.”

The page you are reading is kcapital.net. A firm that cannot keep its own address straight in its own company description is working from a template, and the template was written for somebody else. It is the single clearest sign on the page that nobody proof-read the shopfront before it opened for deposits.

A phone number that cannot ring

The footer gives a contact number: +1 304814877. North American numbers have ten digits after the country code. This one has nine. It cannot be dialled.

The address beneath it reads “Richmond-Adelaide Centre, 17 Floor – 111 Richmond, Toronto, Ontario, Canada” — a real office complex, given without a suite that resolves and paired with a number that does not connect. There is no company registration number, no regulator, and no licence anywhere on the site.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • kcapital.net was ordered blacked out by CONSOB, Italy’s market regulator, on 12 June 2026.
  • The site’s own About text describes kcapital.online, a different domain from the one it is published on.
  • The contact number +1 304814877 has nine digits where a North American number needs ten.
  • The Latest News block carries three stories from 2019, and the footer reads © 2023.
  • No company name, registration number, licence or regulator appears anywhere on the site.
  • The domain was registered on 2 November 2023.

The latest news is seven years old

The home page carries a block headed Latest News. The three stories are Visa launching B2B Connect, Litecoin hitting a 52-week high, and Microsoft adding blockchain tools to Power Platform. All three are from 2019.

A trading site that has not changed its front-page news since 2019 is not being run as a business. The copyright line agrees: © 2023 KCAPITAL. Meanwhile the site advertises access to “40,000+ financial products” and invites you to open a real account today.

What to check before you deposit anywhere

Read the About page and check it names the site you are actually on. Dial the contact number before you send money. Look for a company registration number and a regulator, and then look that regulator up yourself rather than trusting a badge.

If a site has been named in a regulator’s blocking order, that is a finding about the operator, not a technicality. CONSOB ordered kcapital.net blacked out in Italy on 12 June 2026.

The verdict: KCapital takes deposits for CFD trading while naming no company and no regulator, publishes an About section written for a different website, lists a phone number that cannot be dialled, and has not updated its news since 2019. Italy has blacked it out. Do not deposit.
