The phone screen is where the actual claim lives. Portfolio $60,479.56. Beneath it, Your balance is equivalent, then $10,349.26 Monthly profit. Buy and Sell buttons, a Bitcoin row. No text on the page promises those numbers, so nothing has to be justified — but they are the largest figures on the screen.
Run the arithmetic

Why a mockup is used instead of a claim
Written promises create liability. A regulator can point at a sentence. An illustration of a phone is harder to pin down — the operator can call it a design element. But it is read the same way by the person filling in the form, which is precisely why it is there.
