Opentrading Platform Guarantees Returns, FCA Warns

Opentrading Platform (opentrading-platform.com) calls itself an investment and finance platform and tells visitors it has been approved and licensed as one of the best companies to invest with for a large return. It also says it guarantees the fastest and most exciting returns. The UK Financial Conduct Authority warned about Opentrading Platform, and the alert was shared through IOSCO’s I-SCAN on 18 August 2025.

What Opentrading Platform tells you

Approved by whom, and licensed where? The site never says. A real licence comes with a regulator’s name and a reference number you can look up in a minute. Opentrading Platform gives neither. The UK regulator it would need is the one that put it on a warning list.

A 2020 copyright on a 2023 domain

The footer reads © 2020, but the domain was only registered in February 2023. The guarantee sentence on the homepage is also word for word the same as on other flagged investment sites. Operators buy one template and run it under several names, so a warning against one brand does not slow the others down.

The rest of the page is filler: consultancy at 95%, support at 95%, investment at 98% and downtime at 0%. Those are progress bars from a theme, not results.
