A “legacy” six months old

The site has a whole menu item called “Our Legacy”, but the web address is six months old. Running investment funds in Switzerland requires FINMA authorisation; FINMA has instead placed the site on its warning list. The address line “Bahnhofplatz 6301 Zug” merges the street name with the postcode and gives no house number.

The pitch to watch for

“Most portfolios drift. Yours doesn’t have to,” the homepage says, and “there’s no shortage of firms promising to grow your wealth”. Positioning itself against empty promises is a familiar opener. The test is simple: an authorised Swiss fund manager can be found in FINMA’s register. Sama Schnell is on FINMA’s warning list.

⚠ Sama Schnell, checked

  • FINMA warning on IOSCO I-SCAN.
  • Claims to run investment funds.
  • “Our Legacy” on a domain from April 2026.
  • No company number, licence or named people.

The verdict: a Swiss fund house that FINMA warns against. Do not invest.
