The disclaimer and the product contradict each other
The description carries a warning symbol and the line: “SignalPro does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide financial advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.”
Four lines later it lists what each signal contains: a suggested entry level, a stop loss, and three take-profit targets across forex, crypto, stocks and commodities. Telling somebody where to enter a trade, where to cut it and where to close it is not education. Education explains how a stop loss works; this names the price.
Google’s own rating disagrees with the label
The store lists the app under Education. Its content rating is Mature 17+, with the descriptors Cash Rewards and In-App Purchases.
Cash Rewards is a descriptor applied to apps involving real-money stakes or prizes. An app that is purely educational does not attract it. The category and the content rating are describing two different products, and the content rating is the one assigned by review rather than chosen by the developer.

Why educational is such a useful label
Giving personal investment recommendations is a regulated activity in most countries. Publishing educational material is not. The wording of the disclaimer is a legal shield, and it is placed above content that does the regulated thing anyway.
It also transfers blame. If the trade loses, the app has already stated in writing that it never gave advice — while the user was handed a price to buy at, a price to stop at and three prices to take profit at. No signal history, win rate or audited record is published anywhere to test whether any of it works.
How to read the store page instead of the marketing
Check the category against the content rating. Where they disagree, the content rating is generally the more honest of the two, because a human reviewer assigns it against a questionnaire.
Then apply the practical test: if the app tells you what to buy, at what price, and when to sell, it is advising you, whatever the disclaimer says. The disclaimer protects the publisher. It does nothing for your account.
