Verdict up front: Start Trading from Zero Invest is a new app from a developer whose earlier trading app we have already written about. A reviewer says he hit the $100 minimum in three days, found no withdraw button, kept going to $200, and then discovered the support address on the listing was not a working email.

What the reviewer describes
Google Play marks the review below as verified.
“soo update y’all i reached the minimum amount of $100 within 3 days as they said and there was no withdraw button, i even reached the $200 requirements and still nothing. my account is already in the app.. i even tried to reach out to the customer centre but the mail wasn’t valid…”

Read the sequence rather than the complaint. He was given a target, he reached it, the target did not open anything, he reached a second target, and the only published route to a human did not accept mail. At no point in that account does money move outwards.
The address on the listing
Google Play requires a developer contact. The one published here is a Gmail address — hml.technoapps92@gmail.com — and it is the same address published by Start Zero Invest Trading, a separate app from the same developer that we covered earlier in this series.
A free mailbox is not evidence of anything on its own. A free mailbox that a user says rejected his message, on a finance app that shows people a balance, is a different matter: it means the only channel for asking about money is closed.
The website that names another app
The listing gives a developer website. It is start-zero-invest-trading-app.web.app — a free Firebase subdomain, and the name in it belongs to the other app, not this one.
That is what happens when a listing is cloned from a previous listing and the fields are not updated. The privacy policy is hosted on Blogspot at technoapps92.blogspot.com, shared across the developer’s apps.
Verified from the public listing
- Installs and rating: 1,000+ downloads, 4.5 stars from 270 reviews, contains ads.
- Contact: a Gmail address, identical to the one on the developer’s earlier trading app.
- Website: a free
.web.appFirebase subdomain that names a different app. - Privacy policy: hosted on a free Blogspot page, shared across the developer’s catalogue.
- No company name, registered address or regulator appears anywhere on the listing.
- The developer’s shelf holds two more trading apps alongside “Learn Web Development — HTML” and “Learn C# Programming”.
Did this app show you a balance you could not withdraw?
Tell us what happened. One email starts it — no form, no phone call, no fee.
Or write to us directly: support@reclaimdc.com
Include the app name, the balance it showed you, any details you entered, and screenshots if you have them. Never send passwords, private keys or seed phrases — nobody needs them to read your report.
If you have been using it
Do not enter bank details to unlock a withdrawal. A finance app that cannot be reached by email is not going to answer a payment query either.
Be ready for the second approach. People who use an app like this often hear from someone offering to recover the money. Anyone asking for a fee up front, or contacting you first, is the next stage of the same business.
The verdict: we are not calling this developer a criminal enterprise, and no regulator we checked has issued a warning about it. What the public record shows is a trading app with no company behind it, a website named after a different app, a privacy policy on a free blog, and a verified user who reached the payout threshold twice and found neither a withdraw button nor a working address to ask about it.
