Verdict up front: we found the pattern on one developer account and assumed it was that account’s habit. It is not. Techno Apps Development runs the same split — two tutorials under com.technoapps., and all three of its trading apps under unrelated roots.

Two apps carry the developer’s name. Three do not. The three that do not are the three that show people money.
Two accounts, one method
Sky Apper does exactly this: ten tutorials under com.skyapper., three trading apps under three unrelated roots. Techno Apps Development does it with two and three.
Two unconnected developer accounts do not independently invent the same structure. What they share is a method: put the brand on the harmless apps, and give every money app an identifier that leads nowhere.
The rest matches too
All three trading apps publish hml.technoapps92@gmail.com. All three point at technoapps92.blogspot.com for the privacy policy. Each names a free .web.app Firebase page as its website — and on two of them the page named belongs to a different app on the same shelf.
That last detail is what a cloned listing looks like when nobody updates the fields.
Verified from the public listings
- Five apps on the developer page: two tutorials, three trading apps.
- Both tutorials use the
com.technoapps.prefix. - None of the three trading apps does.
- All three share one free mailbox and one Blogspot privacy policy.
- The
.web.appsite named on a listing often belongs to another app on the same shelf. - No company name, registered address or regulator on any of the five listings.

Include the app name, the balance it showed you, any details you entered, and screenshots if you have them. Never send passwords, private keys or seed phrases — nobody needs them to read your report.
What to do with this
Before installing any finance app, read the package name in the address bar and compare it with the developer’s other apps. A money app whose identifier shares nothing with the rest of the shelf has been built to be disposable.
If you have already been using one, do not enter bank details to unlock a withdrawal, and be ready for a message from someone offering to recover the money for a fee.
The verdict: we are not calling this developer a criminal enterprise, and no regulator we checked has issued a warning about it. What the public record shows is a second developer account running the same two-tier naming as the first: its own brand on the tutorials, and three disposable identifiers on the three apps that show people a balance.
