What the page copies
The header carries the Victory Securities wordmark in the real firm’s colours, the strapline SINCE 1970s, and a red account-opening panel offering both a securities account and a virtual asset account. The footer repeats the listed company reference Member of 8540.HK.

It reads as a full corporate site because it is copied from one.
The date does not work
