Verdict up front: this app has passed 50,000 installs. A reviewer describes spending close to two months reaching the $100 withdrawal minimum and then finding that the withdrawal icon does not exist. It carries the same name as an app from a completely different developer.

Two months, then nothing to press
“I’m done with this app and it sounds frustrating. The minimum amount of withdrawal is $100 and I reached it but no money. This hurts. There is no icon for withdrawal. Please answer the people, fix it and pay us. I have spent close to two months on this and this is how you will fail me.”

“There is no icon for withdrawal” is worth isolating. This is not a payment that failed, or a delay, or a request for verification. The control that would start a payment is absent from the interface.
Everything before that point worked: the app counted, it showed a rising figure, and it told him what number to reach. Only the last step was never built.
What the two months were actually spent on
The listing says the app contains ads. On an app with no deposit route, advertising is the revenue, and the time a user spends reaching a threshold is the product being sold.
Seen that way the $100 target is not a payout condition. It is a retention figure — high enough to take weeks of daily sessions, low enough to sound reachable.
The same name, a different company
There is another app on Google Play called Zero Investment Trading, published by an unrelated developer account, which we wrote about earlier in this series. There is a third. Same name, three shopfronts.
The shared architecture is easy to check from the listings alone: a Gmail address for contact, a free .web.app Firebase subdomain as the website, and a privacy policy hosted on a free Blogspot page.

Include the app name, the balance it showed you, any details you entered, and screenshots if you have them. Never send passwords, private keys or seed phrases — nobody needs them to read your report.
If you are part way to the threshold
Stop counting. The evidence on the listing is that the threshold is not a gate to anything, and the time spent reaching it is the only thing being collected.
If you have entered bank details anywhere in the app, treat that account as exposed: tell your bank what you handed over, and ask for a card to be replaced rather than watched.
The verdict: we are not calling this developer a criminal enterprise, and no regulator we checked has issued a warning about it. What the public record shows is a finance app with fifty thousand installs, a Gmail address for support, a free Firebase page for a website, terms hosted on a free blog, and a verified user who reached the advertised payout figure and found that the button to claim it had never been built.
