Founded in 2018, registered in 2026

The “Who we are” section says ApexTradex Markets “was founded in 2018” and now serves “150K+ active traders” in “180+ countries” with a team of “200+ engineers”. The domain it all sits on was registered on 15 August 2026. The footer says “© 2023”. Three different dates, and only one of them can be checked.

Big numbers, no names

Once the page settles, the counters read “150,000+” traders, “$2.8B” traded and “99.9%” uptime. None of it can be checked: the site names no company number, no address, no executive and no regulator. The only contact is support@apextradexmarkets.com and a live-chat button.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • ASIC (Australia) listed ApexTradex Markets (apextradexmarkets.com) on 7 September 2026 (IOSCO I-SCAN).
  • The site says it was founded in 2018; the domain was registered on 15 August 2026.
  • It claims to be “fully licensed” but names no regulator and no licence number.
  • Leverage is advertised as 100x in one section and 50x in another.
  • The testimonials heading reads “Traders and investors love Realwordglobal” — another brand’s name.

Someone else’s reviews

The review section is headed “Traders and investors love Realwordglobal”. Realwordglobal is not ApexTradex Markets. The six five-star reviews under it were written for a different site and never updated — a sign the whole page is a reused template.

Staking at up to 9%

Alongside trading, the site offers crypto “staking” at up to 9% a year on USDT with a 90-day lock, and a copy-trading profile with a $5,000 minimum. Locked deposits on an unlicensed platform are money you cannot withdraw when you want to.

Before you open any account

Search the exact name on ASIC’s Moneysmart alert list and on the FCA register. Check the domain age with any WHOIS tool. If a firm says it has served 150,000 traders since 2018 and its website is weeks old, the history is invented.

The verdict: ApexTradex Markets invents a 2018 history on a six-week-old domain, shows another brand’s reviews, and is on ASIC’s alert list. Do not deposit.
