Blue Peak Asset tells visitors: “Our company is fully regulated by the FCA and CySec.” No licence number follows. In late September 2026 the UK FCA put bluepeakasset.com on its warning list as a firm that is not authorised. The domain itself was registered on 29 July 2026, so the site was barely two months old when the regulator it names warned about it.
Counters that still read zero
The statistics band was never filled in. It reads “$0Bn+ In Active Investments”, “0M+ Active Investment Accounts” and “0+ Years of Experience”. A few lines away the same site claims “about 15 million plus investors globally”. One heading says “$562.9bn+ under management”; the body text below it says “$562.9m”, “(as at 30 June 2020)” — six years before the domain existed. The footer reads “© 2022 – 2026”.
A licence claim the FCA itself contradicts
A genuine UK firm shows its Firm Reference Number and can be found on the FCA register. Blue Peak Asset gives no number, no legal name, no phone and no street address. Its location is given only as “Greenock, Scotland”, and the email address is hidden behind Cloudflare obfuscation. There is a button labelled “Company Certificate”, but it simply links back to the homepage.

Every plan runs for five days and pays a 10% referral bonus. The site promises “Your investment profit (ROI) is secured” and “Guaranted protection” — the spelling is theirs. Fixed daily returns are the signature of a deposit scheme, not of trading. If you are told your balance has grown but must pay a fee to withdraw it, do not pay: ask your bank to recall the original transfers instead.
