A second frame, headed Upgrade To Faster Mining, shows the Deluxe tier at 500 GH/s with a duration of 1 YEAR. That is the shape of the product: not a purchase, a subscription, sold on a twelve-month horizon.
Why a year matters
A year is longer than most people persist with an app, and far longer than the refund window on a store purchase. It also supplies the answer to every complaint in the meantime: returns accrue over the term, so it is always too early to conclude nothing is coming. Ask which pool the hashrate is pointed at, then look for that pool’s payouts on a public block explorer. No answer means no mining. Then sort the reviews to one star and search for “withdraw”.
