The contradiction, in the app’s own words
Read the description: “🚀 Experience Crypto Mining — Anytime, Anywhere! Explore the world of crypto mining with a simple and engaging mobile experience. This app allows users to simulate and understand how cloud-based mining systems work in a virtual environment. Enjoy a smooth, user-friendly interface designed for learning, entertainment, and strategy-building.”
Now read the pictures directly above it. One is captioned “Mine Real Bitcoin — Payouts Direct-to-Wallet”. Another, “Mining Plan — Upgrade Boost hash rates, Track rigs, Mine Faster”. A third shows a profile screen with a balance and a WITHDRAW button.
A simulation does not make payouts direct to a wallet. If the description is accurate, the graphics are false advertising. If the graphics are accurate, the description is a legal shield. Either way, someone is paying real money for one of the two.

One frame carries a photo, the name JASON D. VILLA, and 0.00050000 BTC. A named person, a precise figure, no transaction reference. On a real payout, the transaction ID is public — a genuine service would print that, because it is the only proof that settles the question.
