Verdict up front: Chiara Pagovía (chiarapagovia.com) is an Italian-language site promising “180+ global markets”, “10x scalability” and “maximum yield”, without ever saying what it sells. ASIC added it to its investor alert list on 24 September 2026. Do not engage.

A page with no product
Read the whole site and try to find what Chiara Pagovía does. It offers “intelligent orchestration of flows”, “holistic connectivity” and “systems that learn and optimise in real time for maximum yield” (“il massimo rendimento”). It names no product, no price, no fee, no company, no address and no person. The footer calls it “Architects of the Global Future”.
Why an empty site gets a warning
ASIC does not list sites for bad copywriting. A page like this can be a front: harmless-looking text for search engines and ad reviewers, while the real sales happen by phone, WhatsApp or a separate login link sent to people who were contacted first. The “180+ markets” and “maximum yield” lines are the only hints of the real pitch.

A name made to sound like a person
“Chiara Pagovía” reads like an Italian woman’s name. That is useful for a scheme: a caller can introduce herself as Chiara and point to “her” website. Other invented-sounding names on ASIC’s September alerts include Krug Ulagrina and Serenacera.
If someone sent you this link
If a stranger, an online contact or an “adviser” pointed you to chiarapagovia.com, stop. Do not install any app they suggest and do not give remote access to your computer. Check any firm on ASIC’s Moneysmart list and on the FCA register before you pay anything.
The verdict: Chiara Pagovía is a five-month-old site that sells nothing you can name, promises “maximum yield” across 180 markets, and is on ASIC’s investor alert list. Do not engage.
