Equity Prime Capital Is the Deepearmining Site Again

Equity Prime Capital flagged by regulators

Maybe someone sent you a link to Equity Prime Capital (equityprimecapital.com) and told you it is regulated in London and Cyprus. Before you deposit, or before you send one more payment, read this. The UK Financial Conduct Authority put this site on its warning list, and the alert was shared on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 27 July 2026. The domain had been registered on 27 June 2026, one month earlier.

What Equity Prime Capital tells you

FCA WARNING

  • Regulation claimed: “fully regulated by the FCA and CySec”
  • Insurance claimed: Funds “covered by our insurance policy”
  • Investors claimed: “about 15 million plus”
  • Assets claimed: “$562.9BN+” as at 30 June 2013
  • Address given: 17 State Street, Suite 300, New York
  • Domain registered: 27 June 2026

Look at the counters further down the same page. Money invested reads “$0Bn+”. Accounts read “0M+”. Years of experience read “0+”. The numbers were never filled in, because there is nothing real to count.

✎ Report Equity Prime Capital

Nobody can promise a recovery. Be careful with anyone who does.

We have seen this exact website before

Three testimonials sit on the page, signed Ron DiCicco from Florida, Diane Podmanik from Budapest and Joe Tantillo from Prague. They are word for word the same reviews we found on Deepearmining. The same spelling mistake appears too: “a pioneer of commisssion free investing”, with three letter s. So does the promise that you can hold the plans in a UK ISA, and the line that 90 to 120 new accounts open every day.

Equity Prime Capital adds cannabis and NFT packages. The NFT text even says the team uses a “Rarity tool” that is “highlighted in this article”, a sentence copied from some blog post and never cleaned up. When a website still carries pieces of the article it was copied from, nobody is running an investment business behind it.

If you already paid Equity Prime Capital

  1. Stop all payments now, including any fee, tax or “insurance” charge to release your profit.
  2. Screenshot your dashboard and every chat message today. These sites vanish fast.
  3. Write a list of each deposit with the date, the amount and the wallet address or card used.
  4. Call your bank or card issuer and ask what dispute options you have.
  5. Report the site to the FCA and to the police where you live.

⚠ Equity Prime Capital red flags

  1. False FCA and CySEC regulation claim.
  2. Empty counters: $0Bn+, 0M+, 0+ years.
  3. Testimonials copied from Deepearmining.
  4. FCA warning one month after the domain was born.

Our verdict: a recycled scam template with a fake regulator claim. Treat Equity Prime Capital as a scam and do not deposit.
