Finoways — $7,250 for an Algo Service, Nothing Back

Finoways — flagged scam broker

Finoways (finoways.com) sells automated trading under names like PHOENIX, DISCIPLINE, THE EYE and REVEAL, with a “PAY NOW” button in the menu and a franchise offer. One client says he paid $7,250 for its “algo service” and has not had a single withdrawal.

Two Finoways clients, two losses

In August 2026 a client wrote that Finoways had taken $7,250 from him for its algorithm service, that ten days later he had received nothing back, and that staff were still asking for more money. He listed the names and Indian phone numbers of the people who dealt with him. In July 2026 a second client said he paid $200 for Finoways’ subscription signal service and received no service at all.

MEDIA LICENCE

  • Company: Fino Ways LLC
  • Licence shown: UAE licence 2322718.01, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone
  • What Shams licenses: Media and creative businesses, not financial services

A free-zone trade licence lets a company exist. It does not authorise anyone to manage money or sell investment advice; in the UAE that needs a licence from a financial regulator.

Getting money back from Finoways

  1. Stop paying, including “activation” or “upgrade” charges.
  2. Collect invoices, WhatsApp chats and the phone numbers you were called from.
  3. Ask your bank about a chargeback for a service not provided.
  4. Report the numbers to your national cybercrime portal.

⚠ Red flags

  1. Bots sold behind a “PAY NOW” button.
  2. Media free-zone licence, not a financial one.
  3. $7,250 paid with no withdrawal.
  4. Further payments demanded.

The verdict: paid trading automation from a media-licensed company, with clients reporting no service and no withdrawals. Avoid.

Algo and signal services that ask for more money before any withdrawal follow a familiar pattern. If Finoways has asked you for a further payment, do not send it. Keep the payment receipts and the phone numbers you were given, and report the transfers to your bank with the dates and amounts.
