It is dressed as the public broadcaster
The page carries the Rai News wordmark, the Rai logo block, the section bar — Sport, Video, Cronaca, Esteri — a News regionali link and a Rai News 24 • LIVE button. Beneath it runs a trending-topics strip listing energy bills, the Stellantis industrial crisis, Ukraine and pensions.
None of it is real. Rai has no connection to this domain. The furniture exists so that the single article below it inherits the credibility of a national broadcaster for the few seconds it takes a reader to start believing the story.
The story is invented
The article is presented under Economia e finanza with a dateline of 23 September 2026 and a photograph, and it makes a dramatic claim about a named Italian public figure. The claim is fabricated. We are not going to repeat it, because repeating it is the point of the page.
This is the standard fake-news funnel that European regulators have warned about repeatedly. The invented story runs for a few paragraphs, then turns into an endorsement, and the endorsement turns into a sign-up form or a call from a broker. The named public figure has nothing to do with any of it.

Why a two-month-old domain on a .buzz address
The domain was registered on 22 July 2026. These pages are built to be disposable: they run for weeks, absorb paid social traffic, and are replaced when they are blocked or reported. A cheap, fast-to-register extension suits that lifecycle.
CONSOB ordered flintmoor.buzz blacked out on 10 September 2026, in the same batch of orders that covered several other trading domains. The page was still serving when we checked it on 24 September.
How to recognise one in five seconds
Look at the address bar, not the logo. A real broadcaster publishes on its own domain — rainews.it — never on an unrelated address. Then look for the ordinary furniture of a news site: working section links, other articles, a named journalist, a date that fits.
If a news story about a celebrity or politician ends by recommending a specific trading platform, the story was written to sell the platform. No newsroom endorses an investment product at the end of a report, and no public figure’s name in a headline is evidence that they endorsed anything.
