The reviews pre-date the website
The opening paragraph reads: “As of July 2026, the Nextrize App holds a 4.8/5 rating across 1,874 verified reviews.” It is the site’s central piece of evidence, placed above everything else.
The domain nextrize.org was created on 28 July 2026. For that sentence to be true, 1,874 people would have had to review the product and have those reviews verified within the final three days of the month in which the website first existed. No review platform is named, and no link is given to check a single one of them.
Forty thousand users, no company
The same paragraph claims the platform is “used by more than 40,000 people to track expenses and income automatically, build adaptive budgets and reach savings goals”. The page offers no company name, no registered address, no directors and no regulatory status.
The site splits itself into Nextrize Digital and Nextrize Finance. The literacy wrapper is doing useful work here: budgeting tools and savings coaching sound harmless and unregulated, which lowers the reader’s guard before anything financial is asked of them.

Why CONSOB blacked it out
Italy’s market regulator ordered nextrize.org blocked on 17 September 2026, in the same set of orders covering several other trading domains. CONSOB issues those orders against operators it considers to be offering financial services without authorisation to Italian residents.
A blocking order is not a formatting complaint. It is a regulator concluding that an unauthorised operator is soliciting the public, seven weeks after this domain first appeared.
The arithmetic test for social proof
Any site that quotes a review count should survive three questions. Which platform holds the reviews? Can you open them? And could that many reviews physically have accumulated in the time the product has existed?
The third question is the one operators forget, because the number is written first and the domain is registered later. A site two months old claiming a four-figure verified review total from before it launched has answered the question already.
The verdict: Nextrize leads with a verified-review count that pre-dates its own domain, claims 40,000 users it cannot evidence, and names no company anywhere. CONSOB ordered it blocked seven weeks after the domain was created. Do not sign up or connect any account.
