Numbers you cannot check

The homepage leads with “€200M monthly volume”, a “28ms median fill” on EUR/USD and “slippage above 0.4 pips on under 1.2% of trades”. It says every number is published on a trade-execution disclosure page “updated monthly from the matching engine”. A domain that is three months old cannot have a long run of monthly disclosures, and no auditor or regulator stands behind any of these figures.

A London office with no FCA entry

The footer reads “Registered office: Exchange House, Primrose Street, London”. A firm offering CFDs to UK clients from London must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. A search of the FCA register for “Index Pairs” returns no results. No company number is given either.

The deposit ladder

Standard needs €250, Pro €2,500 and Institutional €50,000. Further down, a second ladder runs from “Beginners €25K” to “VIP €500K” and a “VIP Black” tier by invitation. The small first deposit is the doorway; the ladder above it is where the money goes.

Built to sound regulated

The page carries the standard EU warning “Most retail accounts lose money trading CFDs” and offers English, Spanish and Dutch. Copying the wording of a licensed broker is not the same as holding a licence, and the Dutch-language version is aimed at exactly the market whose regulator has now warned against it.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • AFM (Netherlands) listed Index Pairs Markets Ltd (indexpairs.io) on 24 September 2026 (IOSCO I-SCAN).
  • indexpairs.io was registered on 29 June 2026.
  • It claims €200M monthly volume and 28ms fills.
  • It gives a London registered office, but the FCA register has no match for the name.
  • Deposit tiers run from €250 to €500K plus an invitation-only tier.

How to check

Search the name on the FCA register at register.fca.org.uk and on the AFM warning list. A genuine London CFD broker has an FCA reference number and its website is listed on its register entry.

The verdict: Index Pairs claims institutional volume on a three-month-old domain, gives a London office the FCA has no record of, and is on the Dutch regulator’s warning list. Do not deposit.
