• • An individual using the name “Selena” allegedly guided the investor throughout the process.

• • The investor reported being instructed to download a mobile trading application identified as Krakpro.

• • The investor believed they were participating in legitimate cryptocurrency trading before ultimately reporting substantial financial losss.
