Master Trd Ltd (the site also writes “Master Trd Lmt”) sells managed trading to Spanish speakers under the slogan “Tu banco no te entiende: nosotros sí” — “your bank doesn’t understand you; we do.” The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warned about it on 1 September 2026. Its domain, mastertrdlmt.com, was registered on 30 September 2025, about a year ago.

What Master Trd offers
The site promises “quantitative strategies”, risk management and access to shares, forex, indices, commodities, crypto and metals. It shows a “+18% return over 12 months” with a “−6.2% maximum drawdown”, labelled in small print as an “illustrative example”, and a 1-, 3- and 6-month “plan” for new clients.
The contact form defaults to a +1 phone prefix, the page is in Spanish, and the address given is Rex House on Regent Street in London with a London number, +44 20 8073 1476. A UK “Ltd” offering investment services needs FCA authorisation. The FCA has said this firm does not have it.
The name games
“Master Trd Ltd” in the logo, “Master Trd Lmt” in the title and footer, and a domain ending in “lmt”. A real UK company has one registered name. Serviced office addresses on Regent Street are available to rent by the month and prove nothing about who runs the site.

Who is being targeted
Spanish-language sites with a London address are aimed at investors in Spain and Latin America, who are less likely to check the FCA register. If a firm says it is in the UK, search its exact name on the FCA register before sending anything.
What to do if you paid Master Trd
- Stop paying: no further “fees”, “taxes” or “upgrades” to release money.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Keep every email, chat, receipt and wallet address.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police cybercrime unit.
- Ignore anyone offering to “recover” your money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Master Trd Ltd uses a borrowed London address and a shifting company name, and the FCA says it is not authorised. Do not open an account.
