“U SABI TRADE? WE SABI PAY!” shouts the homepage of NairaTrader (nairatrader.ng), “Nigeria’s most trusted prop firm” and the “first naira-based prop firm”. A trader who bought an account in October 2026 says it was declared “expired” after one week.
What happened to the NairaTrader account
The trader says he bought an account and traded it, and that a week later NairaTrader locked his dashboard and claimed the account had expired. Customer support stopped replying. He argues the firm’s 20% drawdown offer is more generous than established global prop firms can afford, which, in his view, is the bait.

No company name, no address and no Nigerian registration appear on the homepage. Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission has repeatedly warned the public about unregistered online investment and trading schemes; a prop firm selling naira accounts is still asking Nigerians to pay in advance.
If you paid NairaTrader
- Screenshot your dashboard, purchase receipt and expiry notice.
- Ask support in writing for the rule that made the account expire.
- Contact your bank about the card or transfer payment.
- Report the matter to the SEC Nigeria and the police.
⚠ Red flags
- Account “expired” after a week.
- Dashboard locked, support silent.
- No company or address shown.
- Very large payout claims in naira.
The verdict: an anonymous naira prop firm accused of expiring paid accounts. Do not buy.
An account that expires after a week is not a normal feature of a prop challenge. If NairaTrader locks your dashboard, save the purchase receipt, the rules page as it stood when you paid and any message about expiry. Ask in writing when the expiry rule was published and where it appeared before you bought.
