Prime Finance Ltd runs a German-language CFD platform at primefincompany.com. It sells leveraged trading in crypto, indices, shares, commodities, forex and ETFs — and describes that trading as “völlig risikofrei”: completely risk-free. Germany’s regulator BaFin published a warning about the website in October 2026. The domain was registered on 25 June 2026.
A company number is not a licence
The site shows a Firmennummer, “16176123”, with a link to UK Companies House, and an address in Harlow, England. Registering a company in the UK is cheap and quick; it does not authorise anyone to offer trading. There is no phone number and no email on the page.
Risk-free leverage does not exist
Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains; that is why licensed CFD brokers must warn clients they can lose money. A broker that calls it risk-free is telling you it is not following those rules. Prime Finance Ltd adds a “95%” “Erfolgsquote” (success rate) and names no regulator and no licence at all.

Card and bank-transfer receipts give the best chance of a recall.
Hidden from search, logged in elsewhere
The homepage carries a “noindex, nofollow” tag, asking search engines not to list it. Login and registration happen on a different domain, inv.prime-finance-ltd.cc, with registration over plain http://. Under the heading “Von Branchenführern geschätzt” it shows the logos of Binance, Kraken, eToro and OpenSea. It claims “400,000+” active customers, while its own counters read “Jahre auf dem Markt: 0 +” and “€ 0 M”.
- ✗ Stop deposits and decline any call asking you to upgrade from Starter.
- ✗ Ask your card issuer or bank about a chargeback or recall.
- ✗ Report the site to BaFin and to the police where you live.
The verdict: leveraged trading sold as risk-free, under a BaFin warning. Do not deposit.
