Wexford Advisory Limited — A 14% Fee to Release Funds

Wexford Advisory Limited — flagged scam broker

A block of text on Wexford Advisory Limited’s site is headed “Payment Conditions and Fund Regularization”. It tells the reader that, “as part of the processing of your file with CMC Markets”, they must make “the full settlement of the 14% payment” to “enable the complete release of the funds”. Spain’s regulator CNMV warned about wexfordadvisory-ltd.com on 19 October 2026. The domain was registered on 10 September 2026.

A clone of a fund registered in Spain

The CNMV lists WEXFORD ADVISORY LTD as a clone (“CLON”). It says the site has “no relation” to ADVISORY GPS EUROPEAN EQUITY, FI, a genuine fund registered in Spain under number 6070. Clone firms borrow a real name so that a quick search looks reassuring. The footer gives the game away in a different way: a “Limited” company that signs its copyright line as an “Inc.”.

Asked to pay Wexford Advisory a fee?

Tell us the amount demanded and what they say is waiting for you. Every report is answered personally.

✎ Report Wexford Advisory Limited

Forward the fee demand exactly as you received it.

The 14% release fee, line by line

Consulting fees 6%
Banking service fees 4%
Exchange commissions “4$” — as written
Total demanded 14%, “divided into three distinct commissions”
Purpose stated To release funds “with CMC Markets”

This is the advance-fee pattern in its plainest form: money is shown as waiting, and a percentage must be paid first. The page uses the name of a real broker, CMC Markets, to make the demand look official. A legitimate firm deducts its fees from the money it releases. It never asks for fresh money before paying out.

Three sites on one template

The Wexford page is identical to ibero-aurelis.com and globalrift-ltd.co: the slogan “Digital savvy in trading – your path to confident growth”, Silver from $200, Gold from $1,500 and Platinum from $5,000, a market table stuck on “Loading…” and a contact form that reads “Failed to load country list”. The CNMV has warned about all three.

⚠ Wexford Advisory Limited, what we confirmed

  1. CNMV clone warning, 19 October 2026.
  2. A 14% fee demanded before funds are released.
  3. Uses the CMC Markets name.
  4. Domain registered 10 September 2026.

If you are being asked for this 14%, do not pay it. Whatever balance they show you will not be released by a further payment. Talk to your bank instead.

The verdict: a cloned fund name and a fee to release money. Pay nothing.
