“The Next Gen Crypto Wallet Experience.” Safe-Coin offers to let you “Trade, swap, and stake your cryptocurrencies with military-grade security” and to “Earn up to 18% APY by staking your crypto”. The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) disagrees. It flagged safe-coin.org, and the alert was shared via IOSCO on 23 October 2026. The domain was registered on 7 August 2025.
A wallet that wants your deposit
A real self-custody wallet never holds your coins; you hold the keys. Safe-Coin works the other way. You open an account, send crypto to the platform and watch a balance grow. The homepage shows a sample dashboard for “Alex Morgan” with a total balance of $184,532.85, “+18.4% this month”. That is the picture of profit the site wants you to imagine for yourself.
⚠ Numbers that do not add up
- “$2.5M+” trading volume, a tiny figure for a trading platform.
- Active users shown as “$0.0M+” — a user count written as dollars.
- Support for “15+ major coins” is claimed.
- No regulator, licence, address, phone or email anywhere on the site.
Sent crypto to Safe-Coin?

Never share a seed phrase with any “support” agent.
Who is ALL COIN LTD.?
The footer reads “© 2026 ALL COIN LTD. Trading as Safe-Coin.” No country, company number or registered office is given. A platform that holds client crypto and pays staking yield must be registered in Ontario to deal with Ontarians. The OSC found it was not.

Staking is not a savings account
Genuine staking rewards come from a blockchain’s own protocol, usually a few percent a year, and they vary. A platform that quotes “up to 18% APY” and holds the coins itself is asking you to trust it completely. If the operator vanishes, there is no deposit insurance and no court with an address to serve. The OSC alert means the platform was dealing with Ontario residents without registration, which is the first line of protection investors have.
The verdict: a custodial staking site with no owner you can find, flagged by the OSC. Keep your coins off it.
