Three Rivers Capitalwealth — A Swiss Licence That Isn’t

Three Rivers Capitalwealth — flagged scam broker

Three Rivers Capitalwealth gives its address as “Via Albarelle 41, Stöckweid. Switzerland”. In its FAQ it says: “We are registered and licensed by the Financial Markets Authority.” Switzerland has no Financial Markets Authority. Its regulator is FINMA, and FINMA put threeriverscapitalwealth.com on its warning list, shared via IOSCO on 23 October 2026.

Six years of history on a ten-month domain

The footer reads “Copyright © 2020 Three Rivers Capitalwealth”. The domain was registered on 14 January 2026. The homepage counters claim 5,368 investors, 793,538.42 in “Fundings” and 578,659 in “Payouts”, with no currency and no audit behind them. A “Company Certificate” link opens an image file, which anyone can make.

Four plans, “principle not included”

Plan Minimum Daily
Economy 100 USD 2.2%
Business 5,000 USD 3.5%
Premium 10,000 USD 5%
Executive 20,000 USD 7.5%

Every plan is marked “PRINCIPLE: NOT INCLUDED” (meaning principal) and “PAYMENT TYPE INSTANTLY”, with a 10% referral bonus. At 7.5% a day, money would double in under two weeks. A referral bonus on top shows where the payouts really come from: new deposits.

The pattern behind the plans

Three Rivers mixes crypto, forex, crude oil, gold mining, “Ware housing” and agro business into one company with one support inbox. Real asset managers specialise; high-yield schemes list every asset class because none of them is real. Its team page uses stock names such as John Smith and Sarah Johnson, and the testimonials read like the same short template: “I get my daily ROI and i reinvest often.” Reinvesting is exactly what the scheme needs you to do, because every dollar left inside keeps the payout machine running a little longer.

The verdict: a licence from a regulator that does not exist in its own country. Do not invest.
