Verdict up front: a reviewer of Sig-Zy: Binary Signals reports that the app’s signals are drawn by a repainting indicator — they appear, then disappear, after the fact. He also says he was refused a refund. The app sells in-app purchases to 50,000+ installs and advertises a 90% win rate.

What a repainting indicator is, and why it matters
A repainting indicator is one that redraws its own history. On the live chart it shows an arrow; a few bars later, once the price has moved, the arrow is removed or relocated to where it would have been correct.
Scroll back through the chart afterwards and the indicator looks flawless, because every wrong call has been erased. Trade it forward and it is unusable, because the arrow you acted on may not be there in an hour. That is the behaviour the most detailed review on this page describes:
“Unfortunately, yet another scam. Binary signals are made by a repaint indicator (signals appear and disappear) so you don’t know when to enter or when to exit. The percentages on the app are therefore not real, also because they bring a 90% win rate which is out of reality. Plus, don’t buy anything and then when you realize it they deny you a refund.”

A repaint is also the mechanism that produces a back-tested win rate nobody can reproduce. If the losing arrows are deleted, the remaining arrows win 90% of the time. The number is real. The record it describes is not.
The product is banned where most of its buyers live
Binary options have been prohibited for retail consumers in the United Kingdom since 2 April 2019, when the Financial Conduct Authority made its ban permanent, and for retail clients across the European Union since 2018. A subscription selling entry signals for that product is selling into a market its buyers are not permitted to be sold at all.
The upgrade that is always the answer
The second review on the page is not angry. It is more useful than the angry one, because it describes the shape of the thing:
“Finally tried the subscription… you need to have a very good balance to use the tips. With less balance you won’t be able to earn big amounts, and after some point in time you feel it’s waste of time and would like to invest big amount or increase the number of bets. Which eventually will lead to loss.”
Anon Wanderer, 20 December 2024
He has described the whole funnel and then apologised for it. The signals do not make money at a small stake; the remedy offered is a larger stake; the larger stake is where the loss happens. Note his own word for the trades: bets.
A third reviewer says the software “can be used well for a month” before the premium wall arrives.
What the listing claims
The description promises “instant alerts on lucrative trading opportunities”, “trend predictions”, and insight from “seasoned traders” who are never named. There is no company name on the listing, no registered address, and no regulator.

How to check a signals app in two minutes
Search the reviews for the word repaint. It is jargon, which means the people using it are traders, and it is the one complaint that cannot be explained away as a bad week.
Then ask for the record. A signal service that will not publish every call, losers included and timestamped before the outcome, is publishing marketing.
The verdict: we are not alleging that Sig-Zy Signal has stolen anyone’s money, and no regulator we checked has named it. What the public record shows is a paid signals app for a product banned for retail buyers in the UK and EU, advertising a win rate its own users say is produced by an indicator that deletes its mistakes, with a refund refusal on the page. If the losing signals vanish, the win rate is not a measurement.
