Verdict up front: Sky Apper publishes thirteen apps. The ten programming tutorials all sit under com.skyapper. The three trading apps do not — each uses a different, unrelated package root. A developer does not do that by accident.
The shelf, split in two
A package name is the permanent identifier in the Play address bar. Developers normally build it from their own brand, which is exactly what this account does — for the tutorials.

Why it is done
Ten apps carry the developer’s name in their identifier. The three that handle money carry nothing that links back to it.
Search a package prefix and you find everything built under it. Give each money app its own root and that search returns one result. If one listing is removed, nothing points from it to the others.
The tutorials have no reason to hide. The trading apps have been built so that they can be lost individually.
The rest of the setup is the one we keep finding
All three trading apps publish the same free mailbox, skyapper.dev@gmail.com. Each names its own free Firebase page as its website. All three point at the same Blogspot privacy policy, dated December 2021.
Between them the three carry 210,000+ installs and roughly 19,500 reviews, and not one of the three names a company.
Verified from the public listings
- Thirteen apps on the Sky Apper developer page: ten tutorials, three trading apps.
- All ten tutorials use the

Include the app name, the balance it showed you, any details you entered, and screenshots if you have them. Never send passwords, private keys or seed phrases — nobody needs them to read your report.
The check you can run yourself
Open any Play listing in a browser and read the address bar. The id= value is the package name. Compare it to the developer’s other apps.
If the tutorials carry the brand and the money apps do not, you have learned something the store page will never tell you.
The verdict: we are not calling this developer a criminal enterprise, and no regulator we checked has issued a warning about it. What the public record shows is one developer account running two different naming conventions: its own name on the apps that cannot cost anyone money, and three unrelated identifiers on the three that show people a balance.
