Valley Equity Management — Its Phone Reads VALLAYEQ

Valley Equity Management — flagged scam broker

“Instant withdrawal,” promises Valley Equity Management (valleyequitymgt.com). It also shows 9K investors, 13M deposited and 11M withdrawn. Its contact line lists a phone number that reads “+VALLAYEQ”, which is not a number at all.

“Got my investment and profit back after the said profit”

That is one of the testimonials on the homepage. Others thank the “platform” for a “dream come true”. None names an amount, a date or a surname. The homepage promises both “expert management” of private investments and “instant withdrawal”, two things that cannot be true at once: private investments cannot be cashed instantly.

Sites like this usually pay small early withdrawals to build trust, then ask for larger deposits, an “upgrade” or a fee before anything bigger can leave.

New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority published a warning about Valley Equity Management that reached IOSCO’s I-SCAN network on 12 June 2026. The site is still taking sign-ups more than four months later.

Steps for Valley Equity Management clients

  1. Do not top up or upgrade your plan.
  2. Download your transaction history now.
  3. Record crypto transaction IDs and wallet addresses.
  4. Report the wallets to the exchange you sent from.
  5. File a police report and keep the reference.

⚠ Red flags

  1. Phone number is a word, not a number.
  2. No company name or registration.
  3. Anonymous testimonials.
  4. FMA warning since June 2026.

The verdict: no company, no phone, no licence and a regulator warning. Valley Equity Management is not a safe place for your money.

Ask Valley Equity Management for its full company name, registration number and the country it is registered in. Ask which regulator supervises it. Write the questions by email so the reply, or the silence, is on record. A platform that cannot answer these simple questions should not be holding anyone’s savings.
