A decade on a domain from March

The site says Winex has more than ten years in forex and lists a 2016 award. Its web address was registered in March 2026. The “12” in “winexglobal12” is typical of numbered mirror sites that replace each other when one is blocked.

‘Internationally licensed’

The hero text says to start investing with “internationally licensed Winex Markets”. It names no licence. Turkish residents can only use brokers authorised by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).

Canada, Turkey and a third domain

The header shows an address in Windsor, Ontario, a Turkish call-centre number and an email address on a different domain, winx-trade.com.

Free signals

“Free signals — you too can win from the market” and “expert support” are how account managers get close to clients before asking for bigger deposits.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.

What to do if you paid Winex Markets

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: Winex Markets claims a history its own website does not have. Do not deposit.
