91.5% accuracy

The homepage promises “91.5% Accuracy in Predictive Analytics”. No honest firm can promise a hit rate on markets, and quoting one to the decimal point makes guesswork look scientific.

15 years on a 2025 domain

The site claims “15+ years of trade expertise”. Its domain was registered in January 2025. There is no company history, regulator or licence to back up the fifteen years.

Fund management without a licence

Billion Markets offers to manage money for you. Managing other people’s money needs a licence in almost every country. The site shows none — only a Trustpilot logo and “Proof of Reserves” wording with nothing to verify.

The Billionaire Race

“Join The Billionaire Race” is a line designed to make you feel rich before you have invested. The lion artwork and red theme sell excitement, not safety.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.

What to do if you paid Billion Markets

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: Billion Markets sells a race to riches with nothing behind it. Do not deposit.
