Washington and Delaware are two different places. 1627 17th Street NW is in Washington DC. The footer claims 2018; the domain dates from July 2025. In June 2026 the British Columbia Securities Commission listed the brand, “Exert Group”, as a concern on IOSCO’s I-SCAN network.
The plans — Exert Resources
According to the site’s plan pages, returns run from 5% in 24 hours to 13% in 16 hours, plus a 10% referral bonus. Mining a metal takes years from exploration to sale. A mining company that pays 13% in less than a day is not paying from mining. It is paying, for as long as it can, from the deposits of the people who joined after you.

What to do — Exert Resources
- Stop deposits and recruitment immediately.
- Save the plan page and your account balance.
- Record every payment and receiving wallet.
- Report to your bank and local police.
The verdict: a mining front for hourly fixed returns, with a regulator warning. Avoid Exert Resources.
A real mining company publishes drilling results, licence numbers for its exploration areas and annual accounts. Exert Resources publishes none of these. If someone introduced you to it through a chat group or social media, save that conversation and the person’s profile. Those details help banks and police link several victims to the same operator.
