Two offices, one in a tower

The contact block lists Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Tokyo and “Office 13244, 182-184 High Street North, London E6 2JA”. A firm serving Japanese clients must be registered with the FSA. Kawa Finance is not — that is why the FSA named it.

Numbers that belong to someone else

“168M+ monthly deals”, “3M+ customers” and “synthetic indices” traded around the clock are the selling points of a large, well-known broker. A site registered in 2025 with no licence number cannot have those figures.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • Japan’s FSA warned about kawafinancial.com on 28 August 2026.
  • Tokyo tower address plus a London office and a UK mobile number.
  • Support email on kawafinancial.net, a different domain.
  • “Regulated globally” with no regulator named.

Contact details that do not match

Support is support@kawafinancial.net while the site runs on .com. One phone number is Japanese, the other is a UK mobile. The page says the firm is “regulated globally” but never names a regulator.

A twin site

nihonmarkets.com, warned by the FSA on the same day, uses the same layout, the same paragraphs and the same “need help? download here” button. Same kit, new name.

How to check

Look the firm up on the FSA’s list of registered financial instruments business operators. Every legitimate broker serving Japan appears there with a Kanto Local Finance Bureau number.

What to do if you paid Kawa Finance

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: Kawa Finance borrows a famous address and a big broker’s numbers, and Japan’s FSA has warned about it. Do not open an account or install software it offers.
