Four robots and a price list
The robots are sold like phone plans: Guardian AI at 2–5% a month from $200, Equilibrium AI at 5–10% from $500, Titan AI at 10–20% from $1,000 and “StockHero Premium” at 15–30% a month from $5,000. Monthly returns of that size, every month, do not exist in regulated markets.
Shares in companies that are not for sale
The page invites you to “enter before the market” in OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX, Stripe and Canva, with estimated returns of up to 250%. Private-company shares are not auctioned to the public from $300 on an unlicensed website. The offer exists to collect deposits.

One site, three names
The browser tab says TradeFlow AI, the footer says “© 2026 XENO”, and the CEO letter is signed for “Trading Capital”. A chatbot called “ANA AI” and a WhatsApp button take over the sales talk. No company number, licence or address appears anywhere.
Awards nobody can check
Badges claim “Best Trading Software 2024” and “Best Fintech AI APAC 2025”, and a counter claims $12.3 million under management. None of these name the body that gave them.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid TradeFlow AI
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: TradeFlow AI sells robot returns and private-company shares that no licensed firm could offer, under three different names. Spain’s CNMV has warned about it. Do not deposit.
