A company in no particular place
The footer says “Primarkets (Primarkets.co / Primarkets LLC.) ensures the ease of trading”. It names a different domain, primarkets.co, and an LLC with no state or country, no registration number and no address.
A bonus agreement
The Legal menu includes a “Bonus Agreement”, and account tiers “come with exclusive services and bonuses”. Regulators in Australia, the UK and the EU restrict trading bonuses because the fine print is used to block withdrawals.

‘Senior account managers’
Higher tiers promise “consultations with senior account managers”. On unlicensed platforms, the account manager is the person who calls to push larger deposits.
Who is being targeted
ASIC’s listing shows Australians were targeted. A broker dealing with Australians needs an Australian Financial Services Licence you can find on ASIC Professional Search.
What to do if you paid Primarkets
- Stop paying: no further “fees”, “taxes” or “upgrades” to release money.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Keep every email, chat, receipt and wallet address.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police cybercrime unit.
- Ignore anyone offering to “recover” your money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Primarkets names a company with no home, pays bonuses and shows no licence, and ASIC has flagged it. Do not open an account.
