Luctra sells crypto, margin and futures trading in German “on a German platform” and says it is “BaFin-reguliert”. The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned about it on 24 July 2026. Its domain, luctra.net, was registered on 9 May 2026 — less than five months ago.

A regulator claim with no number
The homepage says “Infrastruktur · BaFin-reguliert · Frankfurt”. It gives no BaFin ID and no licensed company name. The footer address is in Berlin, not Frankfurt, and the support email is on a different domain, luctra.com.
Remote access, offered as a feature
The footer invites visitors to download “Remote Desktop AnyDesk”. Remote-access software lets someone else control your computer. Fake brokers use it to ‘help’ clients deposit — and then empty bank and crypto accounts. No licensed broker needs it.
⚠ Verified evidence

- The footer offers an AnyDesk remote-access download.

5,000 euros to start
Plans begin at Bronze, 5,000 euros minimum with 1:25 leverage and a “personal account manager”; Silber is 10,000 euros; Gold is 20,000 euros with 1:100 leverage. Bronze even promises “1 risikofreie Woche” — a risk-free week — and “insured positions”.
Who is being targeted
German-speaking investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, who are told a BaFin label means safety. Always look the firm up in the BaFin company database yourself.
What to do if you paid Luctra
- Stop paying: no further “fees”, “taxes” or “upgrades” to release money.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Keep every email, chat, receipt and wallet address.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police cybercrime unit.
- Ignore anyone offering to “recover” your money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Luctra claims a German licence it cannot evidence, asks for 5,000 euros and offers remote-control software. The AFM has warned about it. Do not deposit and never install AnyDesk for a broker.
