Verified by whom?

The site says its traders have “verified track records” and that trade copying and profit sharing are “fully automated”. No auditor or regulator is named. On an unlicensed platform, the track records you see are whatever the operator chooses to display.

Saint Lucia and Dubai

The Sotheby Building in Rodney Bay is a registered-agent address in Saint Lucia. Many unrelated trading brands list it as their “registered office”. A Saint Lucia business company registration is not a licence to handle investors’ money. PrimaX pairs that address with a Dubai phone number — two places, neither of them a licence.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • Listed on the BrokersView (FastBull) scam broker list.
  • Saint Lucia company 2025-00015; no licence.
  • UAE phone with a Saint Lucia address.
  • Domain registered 19 May 2025.

A chat that starts itself

A chat window from “Niko” opens with ready-made replies: “Hey, I need some assistance.” It is a sales script that steers you towards a deposit.

Affiliate money

An affiliate programme pays people to bring in new clients. Copy-trading schemes often spread this way, through friends who earn when you deposit.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.

What to do if you paid PrimaX

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: PrimaX sells copy trading with no licence behind it. Do not deposit.
