The biggest broker nobody licenses

The world’s biggest CFD brokers hold licences from the FCA, ASIC or CySEC and are easy to find on those registers. RichGoldFX names no regulator at all.

Twelve years on a 2024 website

The logo reads “12 Years” and the footer says 2010. The richgoldfx.com domain was registered on 10 May 2024. If the history were real, the website would not be the newest part of it.

Withdrawals ‘in under 1 minute’

The main banner promises “instant withdrawals of up to $500 in under 1 minute”. Small fast withdrawals are a known hook: they build trust so the next deposit is larger — and harder to get back.

Aimed at Thailand

The page title is in Thai and support runs through LINE. Thailand’s SEC has repeatedly warned that offshore forex brokers are not authorised to serve Thai residents.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.

What to do if you paid RichGoldFX

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: RichGoldFX’s history is older than its website and its licence does not exist. Do not deposit.
