Tesla Star Capital — Globally Regulated by No One Named

Tesla Star Capital — flagged scam broker

Tesla Star Capital describes itself as “Regulated • Secure • Professional” and “Globally Regulated”. Read the whole site and you will not find which regulator, which licence, or which country. The one regulator that has spoken is the UK FCA, which added tstarcapital.com to its warning list in late September 2026. The domain was registered on 5 April 2026.

Which regulator? The site never says

A firm regulated “globally” would hold licences it could list. Tesla Star Capital lists none. There is no legal name, no address, no phone number and no email; even the social media icons link to “#”. Whatever its name suggests, the page identifies no company behind it. What it does offer is “insurance protection for client funds up to $1,000,000” — from an insurer it does not name.

SCAM BROKER

Payments “more than 20 payment systems”, none named

A fixed return on every trade

Plan Return Deposit range
Beginner 16% / trade $100 – $25,000
Basic 25% / trade $3,000 – $29,999
Standard 2.5% / trade $25,000 – $100,000
Business 3.1% / trade $100,000 – $1,000,000

Real trades win and lose; nobody can promise a fixed percentage on each one. Here the Basic plan pays ten times the rate of the far larger Standard plan, and the Beginner range swallows Basic whole. Stock, crypto and real-estate plans follow, from 1.2% up to 8.0%, all with “Principal return on maturity” and “Instant Withdrawal”.

Before you send another payment

  1. Stop all deposits, including “upgrade” or “tax” payments.
  2. Ask your bank or card issuer to recall or charge back every payment.
  3. Save the testimonial page: one reads “I already got more than $200,000 within a month”, signed “Malcom47”.

The same layout, the same “40+ International Awards” next to “42+ Industry Awards”, and the same testimonials appear on other FCA-warned sites this autumn.

The verdict: “Globally Regulated” by nobody it can name. Do not deposit.
