Whales Digital Assets scam broker warning

A trading site that also lends millions

“No collateral, no paperwork and no visit to any office” — and the same page offers “Visa Processing anywhere, anytime”. A broker that also lends $5 million in five minutes and arranges visas is not a broker.

Three offices, none checkable

The contact block lists a WeWork at 145 City Road in London, 3500 South Dupont Highway in Camden, Delaware, and the Metropolis Tower in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, with “Company Number: 4911444” and no country. The Delaware address is a registered-agent address used by thousands of firms.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • The BCSC warned about whalesdigitalassets.com on 25 June 2026.
  • Loans of up to $5 million in 5 minutes, no paperwork.
  • Three addresses in three countries, company number with no country.
  • “Earn free Bitcoin daily” volume bonus.

Free Bitcoin for volume

“Earn free Bitcoin daily by reaching certain trading volumes” is a bonus that keeps your money on the platform. One testimonial says “returns are seen in the activity log after 24hrs” — a number on a screen, not money in a bank.

Empty counters

“0+ Instruments”, “0+ Markets” and “$0 Billion Charter Capital” sit on the page where animated figures were supposed to load.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.

What to do if you paid Whales Digital Assets

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: Whales Digital Assets mixes trading, instant loans and visa services, and Canada’s BCSC has warned about it. Do not deposit or apply for a loan.
