The regulator it quotes has warned about it
Agast LTD’s site has a section headed “Regulatory framework”. It describes three things: the Legal Entity Identifier system run by GLEIF, the Swiss commercial register ZEFIX, and “Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority — FINMA is Switzerland’s independent financial regulator responsible for overseeing financial institutions, including brokers”.
What the section does not give is an LEI code, a ZEFIX entry or a FINMA licence number. It explains what those registers are without claiming a place in any of them. FINMA’s own record for “Agast LTD / agastltd.net” lists the company as not entered in the commercial register, at a Zurich address of Gottfried-Keller-Strasse 5.
Four million traders on a four-month-old domain
The homepage claims “4M satisfied traders”, business in “90+ countries”, “25+ industry awards” and a “Regulated company” badge. RDAP shows agastltd.net was registered on 1 June 2026. No award is named and no regulator is named.
Bonuses are the tell
Account tiers run Basic, Smart Start, Full Package and VIP, with a deposit bonus of 40%, 50%, 70% and 80%. Higher tiers add “individual investment plan” and “trust management” — meaning someone else trades your money. Deposit bonuses of this size are banned for retail clients across the EU and UK, because they are used to lock deposits behind turnover conditions that make withdrawal impossible. Leverage is offered “up to 1:1000”.

The same phone block as another FINMA-listed site
Agast LTD lists +44 1975 968329 for a Zurich address. sterwen-sa.net, which FINMA warned about in March, lists +44 1975 968285 for a Geneva address. Both are UK numbers from the same block, both sites carry the same footer links (Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, Conflict of Interest) and both end with “© [name] 2026. All rights reserved.” Two Swiss-branded brokers answering on neighbouring British lines is not a coincidence worth trusting.
What to do if you have already paid
Stop sending money, including any “tax”, “commission” or “unlock” fee requested before a withdrawal. Save the account dashboard, chat history and payment records. Report the site to FINMA and to the police where you live, and contact your bank or card issuer about the payments.
The verdict: Agast LTD quotes FINMA as part of its “framework”, gives no licence, offers 80% bonuses and 1:1000 leverage, and is on FINMA’s warning list as of 22 September 2026. Do not deposit.
