CF Trading, branded CFT, runs at web.cf-trading.com — a sign-in page that says “Sign in to start your session” and offers to install itself: “Add this app to your home screen.” The Dutch regulator, the AFM, warned about it on 10 February 2026. The cf-trading.com domain was registered on 9 July 2025.

An app that skips the app stores
Apple and Google review trading apps and can remove them. A web app installed from the browser bypasses both. It looks like a normal app icon on your phone, but nobody has checked what is behind it.
The session that ‘expired’
On arrival the page shows “Your session has expired. Please log in again” — even for first-time visitors. It nudges people who already have an account to log in, and makes newcomers feel they are returning to something established.

No company, no licence
There is no company name, address, licence number or risk warning anywhere on the page. The AFM’s warning means CF Trading is not authorised to offer investment services in the Netherlands.
How the link usually arrives
Web-app trading platforms are typically sent by a contact on WhatsApp, Telegram or a dating app who offers to teach you trading. The early balance grows; withdrawals then require fees.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.
What to do if you paid CF Trading
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: CF Trading is a sign-in box dressed as an app, and the AFM has warned about it. Do not install it or deposit.
