ClearSky Capital Scam — A Clone You Need a Code to Enter

ClearSky Capital

ClearSky Capital Ltd (clearskycapitalltd.com) shows visitors a single screen: “Secure Client Verification — Enter your access code to continue to the ClearSky Capital platform.” Spain’s CNMV listed it as “CLEAR SKY CAPITAL (CLON)” — a clone — on 1 October 2026. The domain was registered on 10 June 2026.

You cannot look inside

There is no homepage, no product list, no company details — only a box for an access code and an “Authenticate” button. The code is given by whoever recruited you: a broker on the phone, a contact on WhatsApp, or someone met on a dating app. That keeps search engines, journalists and regulators out, and keeps you dependent on the person who sent the link.

A clone, not a company

The CNMV calls this site a clone, meaning it borrows the identity of a real or invented firm to look established.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • CNMV lists “CLEAR SKY CAPITAL (CLON)”, 1 October 2026.
  • Site is only an access-code gate.
  • Domain registered 10 June 2026.
  • No company, licence or address visible.

Three months from launch to warning

The domain was registered in June 2026 and was on a regulator’s clone list by October. Sites built for one recruitment campaign tend to be short-lived; when the warning spreads, the code-gate simply moves to a new address.

If someone gave you a code

If you were given an access code for this site, treat the person who gave it to you as part of the scheme. Do not deposit, do not install any app they recommend, and keep the chat history for your bank and the police.

How to check

Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute.

What to do if you paid ClearSky Capital

  • Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
  • Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
  • Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
  • Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.

The verdict: ClearSky Capital is a clone that only shows itself to people it has already recruited. Do not use any code you were given.
