1:2000
At 1:2000, a price move of one twentieth of one percent wipes out the whole deposit. EU, UK and Australian rules cap retail leverage at 30:1. The only reason to offer 2000 is to attract deposits from people who do not know that.
A Marshall Islands company
The Marshall Islands registers companies but does not license forex brokers. A company number there tells you only that a shell exists.

Borrowing an EU warning
A banner says “72.99% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider”. That is the exact format EU-licensed brokers must publish. Copying it makes the site look European and regulated. It is neither.
Bonuses
The homepage pushes “bonus promotions”. Licensed brokers in the EU, UK and Australia may not offer them, because bonus terms are used to lock clients’ money.
How to check
Search the firm’s exact name and web address on the register of the regulator in your own country, and on IOSCO’s I-SCAN list. A real broker shows a licence number you can look up in under a minute — and the regulator’s own register links back to the broker’s real website.
What to do if you paid QF Markets
- Stop sending money — no “tax”, “release fee” or “upgrade” will unlock a withdrawal.
- Keep every record: receipts, wallet addresses, emails and chat screenshots.
- Call your bank or card issuer today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police.
- Ignore anyone who offers to recover the money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: QF Markets dresses an offshore shell as a European broker. Do not deposit.
