Regulated by the regulator that warns about it
Its own feature table lists “Regulation: CySEC, FCA”. The FCA is the regulator that published the warning. No licence number for either regulator appears anywhere on the site.
Terms no FCA or CySEC firm can offer
The same table lists “Maximum Leverage 1:1000” and “Bonuses: Yes”. Both regulators cap retail forex leverage at 1:30 and ban trading bonuses for retail clients. A firm genuinely licensed by either could not advertise these terms to you.

$1 million, repeated
A banner repeats “Funds up to $1 million USD” across the top of the page, next to promises of “multiple regulations”, “thousands of traders across 50+ countries” and free Coinbase share CFDs.
Who is being targeted
Anyone who checks only that a broker ‘mentions’ a regulator. Always check the regulator’s own register — here it would have taken you to the FCA warning.
What to do if you paid Sync Digital
- Stop paying: no further “fees”, “taxes” or “upgrades” to release money.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank today and ask about a chargeback or recall.
- Keep every email, chat, receipt and wallet address.
- Report it to the regulator that issued the warning and to your local police cybercrime unit.
- Ignore anyone offering to “recover” your money for an upfront fee.
The verdict: Sync Digital claims the FCA as its regulator while the FCA warns about it, and offers terms no FCA or CySEC firm may offer. Do not deposit.
